As election results roll in this evening, it’s important to take stock of the things you can and cannot control.

Change is inevitable. And so much of that change can be systematic and oppressive. It can feel overwhelming.

But I’d challenge you to remember that you’re always capable of making changes in your own life.

We get to choose how we allow the outside world to impact us. Keep choosing positive change—for yourselves and for your communities.
